Menear Worrad Amin & Associates
“Specializing in Service” has been the motto of Menear Worrad Amin & Associates since the law firm was founded in 1979. It remains our motivating principle today. We are a client-focused law firm in both the legal services we provide and the client relations we establish. Our success is measured by the results we achieve for our clients and their personal satisfaction with our work and representation.
Full Service Law Firm:
The lawyers of Menear Worrad Amin & Associates are particularly qualified and highly experienced to provide sound legal advice, capable legal representation, and exceptional legal services. We are a full service law firm comprising the practice areas of real estate, corporate/commercial, family law, wills, estate administration, and estate litigation. Our knowledgeable and courteous staff supports us in the delivery of these services.
The lawyers and staff of Menear Worrad Amin & Associates stand for the timely delivery of first rate legal services at reasonable cost. We feel strongly that the practice of law is a profession, not simply a business. As such, we adhere to the principles of professional conduct mandated by the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario) and strive to exceed these standards expected by the public.
The firm Menear Worrad Amin & Associates has a cherished history and tradition. In 1986, Michael Menear moved to the City of London to establish a legal practice with former London Mayor Dianne Haskett. Together, they developed a general legal practice based on hard work, high ethical and practice standards, and personal attention to the needs of their clients
A thriving practice soon required additional lawyers to share the workload. This growth enabled the firm to cover broader and more diverse legal fields while enabling the lawyers themselves to specialize for the better delivery of legal services. Karen MacDonald joined the firm in 1993 to practice in the area of making Wills and Power of Attorney documents, as well as administering the Estates of deceased clients. In 1997, Brian Worrad joined the firm and built the Real Estate and Corporate and Commercial areas. The volume of Family law work necessitated the addition of Michael Murray to the firm in 2007 to shoulder the increasing responsibilities in that area of law. All these lawyers are committed to the founding principles of the firm and each has demonstrated exceptional skills as legal practitioners. The main focus of Michael Menear continues to be the making of Wills and Power of Attorney documents; the administration of Estates; the establishment of Trusts; and Estate-related litigation. In addition, for select cases, he practises Family law. More recently, Daniel McNamara, an experienced and expert practitioner in Wills and Powers of Attorney; Estate Administration, and Labour Law, became associated with the firm. The current complement of lawyers at Menear Worrad Amin & Associates continue the legacy of carrying out their vocations as legal practitioners, not with a sense of entitlement, but in sincere Christian gratitude and appreciation for the opportunity to work and to serve others.
