Practice

Jake Worrad joined the law firm of Menear Worrad Amin & Associates in May 2021. The current focus of his practice with the firm is in the areas of Real Estate law and Wills and Estates.

Education

Jake attended the University of Western Ontario and, in the course of completing his Honours Specialization Degree in Criminology, he received early acceptance into the Faculty of Law at the University of Leeds, England. During his university studies at Western, he was designated, on two occasions, an Academic All Canadian. In addition, he received the King’s Academic Athletic Scholarship, along with the Norm and Kay Irwin Hockey Award Scholarship. While studying law at the University of Leeds, Jake represented the Law School at the National Negotiating Competition. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws Degree with the Faculty of Law at the University of Leeds with a First Class Standing.

Personal

Jake and his wife Katie were married in 2018. They have one son. They live in London, Ontario.

Community Involvement

Jake was born and raised in the London community and his love for the city flourished when he was drafted by, and played for, the hometown OHL London Knights for two and a half seasons. In his spare time Jake continues to play hockey in the London area and is also an avid golfer. Jake holds membership in the Law Society of Ontario.
