General
Brett Worrad joined the law firm of Menear Worrad Amin & Associates in April 2021. Brett is currently working in Business law, specializing in general corporate matters. As part of his practice, he is involved in contract negotiations and the drafting of commercial contracts. In addition, he can provide representation in the context of commercial disputes and other civil dispute resolution. Brett is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
Education
Brett attained First Class standing with a degree in Sports Management at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario, in 2017. During the period he attended Brock University, he acted as a manager for the Brock Men’s and Women’s hockey teams. During the summer months, he operated a sports camp for children of low-income families in the London area. After completing his initial degree, Brett completed his legal studies with the Faculty of Law at the University of Leeds, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (with honours) in 2019.
Personal
Brett and his wife Leah were married in April 2020.
Community Involvement
Growing up in the London area, Brett spent much of his free time playing sports such as baseball, basketball, hockey, football, and volleyball. In addition, he volunteered with youth-focused ministries at West London Alliance Church. Brett continues to enjoy sports and recreational activities, especially golf during the summer months.
